Welcome to PureGuard Cleaning Services. By accessing this website (https://pureguardcleaningservices.com), requesting a quote, or booking our services, you explicitly agree to comply with and be bound by the following comprehensive legal terms and privacy policies. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our website or hire our services.
PART 1: OPERATIONAL CLEANING TERMS & PROTECTION FEES
1. Cancellation & Rescheduling Fees
Clients must provide a minimum of 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule a scheduled cleaning appointment.
Cancellations or rescheduling requests made with less than 24 hours' notice are subject to a Late Cancellation Fee to cover lost wages and crew scheduling.
If our mobile crew arrives at the property and the service is canceled on-site, the client will be billed the full estimated cost of the cleaning.
2. Property Access & Lockout Fees
Our mobile cleaning teams must be able to safely and reliably access the property at the scheduled arrival time.
If our team is locked out, cannot gain entry, or is made to wait for more than 15 minutes after arrival, a Lockout Fee will apply to cover crew operational wages and vehicle fuel.
If entry cannot be obtained at all, the appointment will be treated as a late cancellation, and the client will be billed accordingly.
3. Late Payments & Cost of Capital Recovery
PureGuard Cleaning Services does not charge standard, rolling interest rates on overdue balances. However, in the event that a client fails to make a payment when due, and such non-payment forces the Company to secure external financing or interest-bearing loans to cover its ongoing monthly operational expenses (including but not limited to staff payroll, insurance, and supply costs), the client explicitly agrees to be held liable for all resulting financial losses. The total interest costs, financing fees, and administrative expenses incurred by the Company from said loan will be calculated and added directly to the client's outstanding balance due.
4. Right to Refuse Service & Hazardous Conditions
For the strict safety and health of our cleaning staff, we reserve the right to refuse service or leave a property immediately if our crews encounter:
Severe biohazards, including uncontrolled mold, heavy animal waste, or pest infestations (fleas, bedbugs, roaches, rodents).
Excessively cluttered or structurally unsafe working environments.
Hostile, aggressive, or abusive environments.
If service is refused due to hazardous conditions, a baseline dispatch and assessment fee will still be billed to the client.
5. Pre-Existing Damage Waiver
PureGuard Cleaning Services utilizes professional techniques and trained cleaners. However, the Company is not responsible for any damage caused by the normal cleaning of items that were already broken, defective, unstable, improperly installed, or suffering from wear and tear. This includes, but is not limited to: loose window blinds, unstable shelving, unsecured artwork, or pre-cracked surfaces.
6. Service Guarantee & Claims Window
If you are unsatisfied with any area we have cleaned, you must report the issue to us within 24 hours of job completion via email at pureguardcleaningservices@gmail.com. We will return to reclean the specific area at no extra charge. Any reports or claims made after the 24-hour window are legally considered fully accepted, and no recleans or adjustments will be issued.
7. Utilities & Environment
The client agrees to provide continuous running electricity and hot/cold water at the property. If utilities are turned off or unavailable when our mobile crew arrives, the cleaning cannot be completed, and standard lockout/cancellation fees will apply.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the total collective liability of PureGuard Cleaning Services for any claims, losses, property damages, or expenses arising out of our work shall be strictly capped and limited to the total dollar amount paid by the client for that specific cleaning appointment.
